Every participant gets their own workbook to write in and keep. It is the part of the program that goes home with them.

Why it matters
Cost is the barrier we exist to remove.
Level Up Foundation was created around one gap: the distance between wanting a program for your young people and being able to pay for it.
The settings that serve the highest-need youth are often the ones with the least discretionary budget. In-school suspension rarely has a programming line. A small church youth group does not have a grant writer. A probation department is already stretched.
The Foundation exists to sit in that gap, so cost is not what decides whether a group of students gets the program.

Printed activities, session supplies, and the everyday materials a facilitator needs to run a strong room.
Student achievement incentives
Recognition for young people who show up, participate, and follow through. Small things land hard at this age.
Program delivery
Facilitator time in the room, session planning, and the follow-up that keeps a partnership working.
Travel
Reaching campuses and organizations outside the immediate area, including rural communities with fewer options.
Facilitator development
Training and support for the adults who run these conversations, so quality holds as the program grows.
Equipment
The practical items a session depends on, from presentation equipment to storage and transport.
Community outreach
Getting in front of the schools, programs, and organizations that do not yet know Level Up exists.
Program expansion
Reaching more organizations and more young people across Central Texas.
Reduced-cost and no-cost programming
Covering the gap when an organization has the young people and the will, but not the budget.
We do not publish cost figures we cannot stand behind. If you want real numbers for a specific commitment, ask us and we will put them in writing.
Ways to support
Four doors in.
Foundations and grantmakers
Fund a defined block of programming, a specific setting such as DAEP or juvenile justice, or a full year of workbooks.
Businesses and corporate partners
Sponsor programming for a campus or organization in your community, or underwrite workbooks and student incentives.
Community supporters
Individual support goes straight into materials and delivery. Online giving is being set up now.
In-kind and volunteer support
Printing, supplies, meeting space, transportation, and professional services all reduce what we have to spend.

Sponsorship conversations
We build sponsorships around what a partner wants to make possible, not around a fixed menu. A conversation usually starts with one question: which young people do you want to reach?
- Sponsor programming for a specific campus, program, or organization
- Underwrite workbooks and materials for a set number of students
- Support a setting that is hard to fund, such as ISS, DAEP, or juvenile justice
- Fund travel so Level Up can reach communities further out
Recognition
Sponsors can be recognized publicly or stay private. We will never use a logo, a name, or an implied endorsement without written permission.
Reporting
You will know where your support went: which organization, what setting, how many young people, and what the students said afterward, including the critical responses.

Level Up Foundation is a Texas nonprofit organization. Federal tax-exempt status is not yet in place, so contributions should not be treated as tax deductible at this time. We will update this page as soon as that changes.
